The Council of the City of Palo Alto resolves:
Section 1. There has heretofore beefs dedicated to the
City a public utility and planting easement over Lot 5, Block 6,
Headowpark Unit No. 3, Tract 1597. The Council hereby finds
and declares that the portion thereof described in Section 2
hereof is no longer needed for the purposes of the City and
should bekakeddleatd.
Section 2. The Mayor is authorised and directed to execute
and deliver on behalf of the City, a quitclaim deed to the person
or persons legally entitled thereto to the property in the City of
Palo Alto, County of Santa Clara, State of California, described
as follows:
MISSING at a point on the Southeasterly line
of Lot 5, Block 6, as shown upon the Mep of
Tract No. 1597 Meadowpark Unit 3, recorded
October 7 1955 in Book 63 at page 15, Records
of Santa Clara County, California, distant
S. 38° 17' 16" W. along said line 5.69 feet
from the most easterly corner o: said lot;
thence continuing along said southeasterly line
S. 38° 17' 16" W. 11.39 feet; thence H. 80°
17' 14" W. 153.72 feet; thence N. 38° 17' 16" E.
11.39 feet; thence S. 80' 17' 14" E. 153.72 feet
to the point of beginning, being the southwesterly
10.00 feet of that certain 15 foot public utilities
and planting easement lying in :said lot and adjacent
to the northeasterly line of said lot as shown
upon the above mentioned map.
Introduced and passed at a regular meeting of the Council of
the City of Palo Alto held on Monday, June,8 , 1959, by the
following vote:

Bishop, Byxbee, Corcoran, Evans, Giffin, Marshall, Mitchell,
Porter, Rodgers, Ruppenthal, Stephens, Woodward.
