ESTABLISHING CERTAIN YIELD INTHRSECTY1NS
Pursuant to Section 19.61 of Codified Ordinance No. 5,
providing among other things for the estltblishment of yield
intersections, and good cause appearing therefor,
The City Council of the City of Patti Alto resolves:
Section 1. The following are designated as intersections
at which vehicles are required
Everett Avenue yields
Birch Street yields
Ross Road yields
Ross Road yields
Colorado Avenue yields
Bryant Street yields
Barbara Drive yields
Bellview Court yields
Greer Road yields
Santa Ana Street yields
Southwood Drive yields
Center Drive yields
to yield the right of way:
to Cowper Street
to Cambridge Avenue
to Colorado Avenue
to Moreno Avenue
to Creer Road
to Colorado Avenue
to California Avenue
to California Avenue
to California Avenue
to California Avenue
to Hamilton Avenue
to Hamilton Avenue
Section 2. Any previous resolutions or portions thereof
are repealed to the extent that they provide for the placing and
maintenance of traffic control devices inconsistent with those
authorized by this resolution.
Introduced and passed at a regular meeting of the Council
held on Monday, June 8, 1959, by the following vote:
AYES: Bishop, Byxbee, Corcoran, Cresap, Evans, Giffin, Marshall,
Mitchell, Nevis, Porter, Rodgers, Ruppenrhal, Stephens,
Woodward.
NOES: None
ABSENT: Davis
