RESOLUTION NO. 3108
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
FOR THE JOINT CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OIL
SANITARY SEWERAGE FACILITIES
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that, the City make and enter into that certain
"Ag.reemant ,for ,the Joint.;.:Qonatruction and Maint.epance of
Sanitary Sewerage iac3iities", in form a copy of which is
hereto attached and made a part hereof by reference, and the
Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said agreement,, in
duplicate on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized to attest his signature and to affix the corporaxe
seal of the City thereto.
