RESOLUTION N0. 3103
A RESOLUTION MODIFYING ASSESSMENT
NO.275 AND DIRECTING CITY CONTROLLER
TO CORRECT THE ASSESSMENT ROLL
WILKIE WAY, ET AL, PROJECT NO.56-8'
RESOLVED, by the Couna.il of the City of Palo Alto,
Calii'ornia; that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 2853,.
adopted by this Council on May 27, .1957, this CountAi7. levied,
9ssessments against certain parcels of lane within the City
including property assessed under Diagram and Assessment No. 275;
and
WHEREAS, the amount assessed against Assessment No. 275
was in error as to the amount of footage benefited and said
Assessment No. 275 has been recomputed accordingly;:
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, as f ollows :
�. Assessment No. 275 is reduced in the amount of $86.90.
2. The City Engineer is instructed to note such modifica-
tion on the copy of tree Assessment on ;file in his office. The
Superintendent of Streets -is instructed to. make the same: changes
on the official record of Assessment recorded in his office.
3. The City Controller is hereby directed to pay to the
cwner of the property assessed under Diagram and Assessment No. 27e,
in cash, from the Construction Fund for said project, the amount of
$12.?1, representing; the portion of the principal amount of said
reduction ($5.84), together with interest thereon ($6.47), which
has heretofore been collected on the city tax bills for 1958-59.

4. The amount of principal and interest'to be deducted
from Assessment No. 275 is that indicated or, Exhibit rA' hereto
attached and incorporated herein by reference.
• 5. The City Controller is hereby instructed to correct
the Auditor os Record for all. fiscal -,years subsequent to 1956-59
by deducting from said Assessment No. 275 the amount of principal
and interest charges as shown on the aforementioned Exhibit "A".
6. The Clerk is hereby instructed to send certified
copies of this Resolution to City Tax Collector, the Superintenden
of Streets, the City Attorney, the City Controller and the City
Engineer.

Palo Alto, do hereby consent to the modification of Assessment
No. 275 pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 23 3, adopted
by this Council on May 27, 1957.
