RESOLUTION E. 3102
RESOLUTION APPROVING.FI1AL MAP OF TRACT NO. 2417
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does resolve as Follows:
That the map of Tract No. 2417, Clovelly Place, being e portion
of Lot 5, Santa Rita Rancho, in the City of Palo Alto, Ccunty of
Santa Clara, State of California, prepared by George S. Nolte,
Civil Engineer, dated April, 1959, be and the same hereby is approved,
subject to the subdivider's compliance with the provisions set forth
in Engineering Bulletin No. 59-38.
That said Final Map shall not be recorded until Compliance with
the above conditions has,bee;n completed to the satisfaction of the
City Engineer of the City of Palo Alto:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all streets and portions of streets
shown upon said map within said subdivision be and *the semti hereby
are accepted as dedicated for public use, subject to the improvement
of said streets in accordance with standards establisheu by the City
Council and City Engineer:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that easements for public utilities, over,
on or through the strips of land lying between the rear and or side-
lines of lots and dotted lines and/or parallel dotted lines designated
"P.U.E." (Public Utilities Easement) and additional eaaements designated
in red affecting Lots 14, 15 and 16, be and the same hereby are accepted
as dedicated for public use, such easements to be kept open and free
from buildings and structures of any kind.
Introduced and passed at a regular meeting of the Council of the
City of Palo Alto, on Monday the 11th, day of

AXES: Bishop, Byxbee, Corcoran, Cresap, Evans, Giffin, Marshall,
Mitchell, Nevis, Porter, Rodgers, Stephens, Woodward.
