RESOLUTION NO. 3100
A RESOLUTION FINDING AND DECLARING THE
=Min .FOR EXTRATERRITORIAL
CONNECTING CONWITS
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, as follows:
1. That it is hereby found and declared that the location
of the portion of the City of Palo Alto known as Foothills
Annexation No. 1-A is such that it cannot adequately or conveniently
be provided with sanitary and storm sewers, water mains, gas mains,
electrical lines and appurtenant facilities, unless the City con-
structs and maintains connecting sanitary and storm sewers, water
mains, gas mains, electrical lines and appurtenant facilities in
Page Mill Road and Arastradero Road for their entire lengths with-
in the city limits of the Town of Los Altos Rills.
2. That the City Clerk of the City of Palo Alto is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the City
Council of said Town of Los Altos Hills.

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of
resolution adopted by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the nth
day of May , 1959 by the following vote of
the members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Bishop, Byxbee, Corcoran, Cresap, Evans, Giffin, Marshall, Mitchell,
Navie, Porter, Rodgers, Stephens, Woodward.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: Davis, Ruppenthal.
