The Council of the City of :Palo alto met in regular
session on this date .at 8 p.m., with Mayor Swain presiding,
Roll call as follows:

of 1912, as =cep/Amended: by Committee #4, by unaeircous vote on
roll call.
Peninsuier Rai,1 .;..2% Franchise Tax.
Committee j reported the receipt frelt the Peninsular
Railway Co. of checks in payment of the 24 (ranch iae tax, $3OO. 4
for the year /912-191 5 and $280.96 for ,the year 191 3-1914, and
recommended their acceptance.
Congdon and Peterson moved that the report be approved
and the recommendation- adopted and the motor_ was peneed by
unanimoee vote, on roll call.
