All that certain real property situated in the County of Santa Clara, Skate
of California, and bounded by the following described line:
Beginning at the most Westerly corner of Lot 16, Tract No. 1062, Garden
Park Terrace, a map of which was recorded January 21, 1953, in Book 41
of Maps at Page 33, Records of Santa Clara County, California, said point
being a corner in the Corporate Limits Line of ti: a City of Palo Alto, thence
S. 51°30' E. along said Corporate Limits Line and its Southeasterly prolon-
gation, said line also being the Southwesterly line of said Tract No. 1062,
for a distance of 473.94 feet to the most Southerly corner of Lot 20 ot;said
Tract No. 1062; thence N. 43019'53" E. along the Southeasterly line of said
Lot 20 and its Northeasterly prolongation 190. 68 feet to an angle point in the

Lot 7 of said Tract No. 483; thence S. 87° 14'16" W. along the Northerly
line of Lot 7, a distance of 119. 86 feet to a point in the Corporate Limits
Line of said City of Palo Alto, said Corporate Limits Line being also the
former centerline of Adobe Creek; thence in a Southwesterly direction along
said Corporate Limits Line and former creek centerline to the most Northerly
corner of that certain 10 acre parcel of land annexed to the City of Palo Alto
as shown upon a map entitled "El Camino Real No. 2 Annexation" approved by
the City Council of the City of Palo Alto on April 25, 1955, by Ordinance
No. 1605; thence Southeasterly along the Northeasterly boundary► line of said
"El Camino Real No. 2 Annexation" to the point of beginning, containing
