RESOLUTION NO. 3095
A REqOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF BONDS BY CITY
EL %AMINO REAL - MONROE DRIVE SANITARY SEWERS
PROJECT NO. 58-13
RESOLVED, by the C'ty Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that
WHEREAS, in the opinion of this Council, a better price
for the bonds in the above project will not be obtained by their
being offered at public sale, and the public interest and economy
will be served hereby;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, as follows:
1. That the bonds in the amount of $18,662.97 issued
pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3060 adopted by this
Council on December 22, 1958, be, and they are hereby, ordered
+ld to the City of Pai.o Alto for the par amount thereof without
accrued interest to the date of delivery, said bonds to bear
interest at the rate of 4% from their date to their respective
dates of maturity.
2. That a warrant be issued by said City for said amount
and that said bonds be retained by the City Treasurer for the
account of said City.

I hereby certi.y the foregoing to be a true copy of resolu-
tion adopted by the Council of thn City of Palo Alto, California,
at a regular meeting thereof held on the llth day of May, 1959,
by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Bishop, i3yxbee, Cresap, Davis, Evans, Gffin, Mitchell,
Porter, Rodgers, Stephens, Woodward.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: Corcoran, Marshall, Navis, Ruppenthal.
