8 p.m. , pursuant to a -call_ by Mayor Dwain, personal notice having •
been- giver, to the•members in- accordance with the provisions of
Section 2, Ar'ricle 1 Pat 1 of Codified Ordinance No. 1 of the
City of Pal Alto.- .

Resolution as to ,-,lo of Bonds.
Mayor. Swain stated that the meeting had been called to
authorize the sale of the issue of "Palo Alto City lords of 1912."
The City Clerk read an opinion from Goodfellow, Eels,
w'oore c,. Orrick, bond attorneys, declaring said issue of bonds
legal and valid.
A resolution ,entitled, °s Resolution Provi viri;_ for tae
Stile of Palo "lto City Bonds of 1912,° was read and. or. notion of
,"ail and Hettinger said re -solution was passed by unanimous vote
on roll call.
