A RESOLUTION DETERMINING UNPAID LIST AND AITT NORI ZING
ISSUANCE OF BONDS
EL CAMINO REAL-MONROE DRIVE SAN1TTARY SEWERS
PROJECT NO. `5,S-13
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that
WHEREAS, said Council. did on December 22, 195;1 adept
its Resolution of intention No. 3060 relating to certain work
to be clone and improvements and acquisitions to be made :In said
City under and pursuant to the provisions of Article V of Cr61-
nanee No. -844 of said City, adopted .January, 13, 19'41, entitled
"Palo Alto Improvement Procedure Code", as amended, and did
therein provide that serial bonds would be issued thereunder
pursuant to the prov.J.;31on;; W. Bond Plan C of Part 4 of Article
IV of said Code, reference to said Resolution of Intention been,,
hereby expressly made for further particulars;
WHEREAS, on April 27, 1959, the Superintendent of
