The Msyor declared the meeting adjourned and called
the Council to order in regular session.

A communication from. Charles & Schneider, attorneys for
Timothy Hopkins, relative t.a a ..,ewer in Block 101, was on motion
of. Wing and Ackley referred to • the Board of Public Works.

As to Stock Icceunts.
City Electrician Youens reported that the deficit shown
by the certified accountant's report in the revolving fund for the
PUrc:aase of electrical apparatus for the fiscal year 1912-1913
had occurred through moneys which were paid from that fund being
oredited to e r..iscellaneous fund when repaid to the city, and
suggested that some better method of accounting be instilled.
