FLOOD BASIN ENLARGEMENT ANNEXATION
All that certain real property situated in the County of Santa Clara, State
of California, and bounded by the following described line:
Beginning at an iron pipe set through a redwood post at the Easterly corner
of that 2. 416 acre parcel of land conveyed by Letts W. DeTorest et al to
Giacomo Armanasco by deed dated. December 14, 1934 and recorded Decem-
ber 19, 1934, in Book 715 of Official Records, at pap 238. Records of
said County, said iron pipe being set at a point in 'the boundary lute of the
5161. 396 acre tract of land described in the Decree quieting Title made in
the Superior Court of the State of California, Case No. 38406; thence 5.
68046' E. 61. 14 feet to a 4" x 4" redwood post with tag on top set in slough;
thence N. 6°00' W. 144.41 feet to thetrue point of beginning;thence leaving
said true point of beginning, N. 42°19' E. 214.76 feat; thence N. 58°40' 54"
E. 146.97 feet; thence N. 66°46' 49" E. 487. 82 feet to an angle point in the
boundary of that certain 644.238 acre parcel of land conveyed by Leslie Salt
Company, a Delaware corporation, to the City of Palo Alto by deed recorded
March 17, 1950, in Book 1951 at page 216, Official Records of said County;
thence along the boundary line common to that above -mentioned 5161. 396 and
644. 238 acre tracts N. 45°20' W. 82. 50 feet, 5. 68°45' W. 653.40 feet to an
iron pipe, 5. 27°25' W. 138.60 feet to an iron pipe and 8. 6°b0' E. 126. 19
feet to the true point of beginning, being a portion of the Rancho ltincon de
San Franciseluito, and also being a portion of that certain 18. 79 acre tract
of land shown upon the Map of Record of Survey on file in Book 70 of Maps
at page 6, Records of said County, containing 1.77 acres, more or less.
