WHEREAS, the City Manager hea reported his findings to the

except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract
for doing said work and making said improvements to the lowest
responsible bidder, to wit:,:
OAKLAND SZWER, CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
at the prices named try its bid.
2. That the Mayor and Clerk of said City of Palo Alto be,
and they are hereby, authorized to make and enter into a written
oontraot with said successful bidder and to receive and approve
all bonds in oonneotion therewith.
