Clerk of said City shall deliver said
diagram and assessment tWthe Superintendent tendent Of Streets of said

record aueb amassment and, diagram in his office in a suitable
book to eMokept for that .purpose and append thereto his certifi-
cate of the date of euoh recording, and such record shall be the
asseasnent roll to pay for the costa and expenses of said improve

8. Immediately upon such reoordation said Superintendent
of Streets shell give notice thereof by two publications in the
Palo Alto Tines, a newspaper printed and published in said City,
which. notice shall set forth, among other things, that all suns
assessed therein are due'and payable at his office immediately,
and that payment thereof is to be made to him within thirty days
after the date of recording said assessment, which date shall be
stated in said notion, and such other matters as are required by
Section 7 of Article V of said Improvement Procedure Code.
