follows:
AmptIma 1. On January 6, 1959 there was filed with the
City Clerk a copy of notice of intention to circulate petition
for the animation of territory designated as Foothills
Annexation Mo. 2, accompanied by a written statement containing
reasons for the petition together with an affidavit of publication
of such notice and statement in thebalAILMItsga on January 5,
1959.
1 c A. .Pursuant to Government Code Section 35113 receipt
of the aforesaid notice, statement and affidavit is acknowledged
and the circulation of the petition is herby approved, such
circulation to begin no sooner than January 27, 1939.
Duly and regularly introduced and passed by the mil of the
City of Palo Alto at a special meting held January 7, 1959 by the
following vote:
Bishop, .Byxbee, Croup, Xmas, ;, Marshall, Mitchell, Nevis,
Porter, Rodgers, Ruppenthl, Weodwsxd.
