fi NAAS Whereby given that Monday, the 12th day of
January, j at the hour of 7:30 o°cloak P.M. at the Council
Chambers of the City Council of said City, in the City Eall of
said City of Palo Alto, are hereby fixed as the time and place when
and where any and all persons having any objections to the proposed
improvements or against the district to be assessed for the costs
and expenses thereof, or to the City Engineer's estimate of the
costs and expenses thereof, or against the grades at which said
work shall be done, may appear before said Council, and show cause
why said proposed improvements should not be carried out in accor-
dance with this Resolution of Intention.
9. The Clerk of said City shoal cause this Resolution of
Intention to be published twice in the Palo Alto Times, a daily
newspaper, published and circulated in the City of Palo Alto,
which said paper is hereby designated for that purpose, and which
is hereby designated as the newspaper in which all further notices
required to be made herein shall be published.
