RRSOLYZD, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
alifornia, that
WRIR&3, it is the intention of this Council to undertake
ppropriate apeoial assesament and assecssaent bond proceedings for
he construction of publie improvements, deeetibed as foUaws:
The construction of sanitary sewer mains, manholes, my*
ranches, laterals and appurtenances in El Camino Real fromAdobe
reek to the southeasterly City limits and in Monroe Drive from
1 Camino Real northerly to the City limits.
WFC 3, the improvements, shall be made chargeable upon
he district benefited thereby, which district shall, consist of the
onsolidated and composite areas of all of the parcels of property
fronting on said work, and the exterior boundaries of said district
pre the ooterminous boundaries of the composite and consolidated
area shown on the map thereof on file in the office of the City
:lark of said City;
WK3REAS, some of said work and improvements are within
reincorporated territory in the County of Santa Clara, and the land
o be assessed to pay the costs and expenaes thereof is incorporated

hat they will directly and peculiarly affeot property not only
rithin the boundaries of the City of Palo Alto but also unineorporat

1 hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of resolution
adopted by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 22nd day of December, 1958, by the follow-
ing vote of the members thereof:
