BAYFRONT ANNEXATION
TOY= : CITY OF PALO ALTO
All that certain real property situated in the County of San Mateo, State of
California, and bounded by the following described line
Beginning at a point on the boundary line between Santa Clara County and San
Mateo County, said point being the common corner of tie former Greer, Seale
and Faber Tracts and being also the moat Westerly corner of that certain 23. 40
plus or minus acre tract of land as shown upon a map entitled "Gang Annexation
to the City of Palo Alto," which map was filed for record with the Secretary of
State on December 27, 1956; thence in an Easterly direction along said county
boundary lino to the point of intersection with the dividing line between Sections
28 and 29, Township 5 South, Range 2 West, M.D. M. , said dividing line being
also the most Easterly line of that certain 272. 489 acre tract quit claimed by the
Morgan Oyster Company, a corporation, to the City of Palo Alto by Ouitclaim
Deed, dated September 8, 1934, recorded October 18, 1934, in Volume 704,
Official Records of Santa Clara County, at page 445 and also recorded October 26,
1934, in Volume 635, Official Records of San Mateo County, at page 263; thence
North along said dividing line 1881. 00 feet to the most Northeasterly corner of
said 272. 489 acre tract; thence West along the most Northerly line of said
272. 489 acre tract 5159,88 feet, more or less, to the meat Westerly corner of
said 272.489 acre tract, said last named corner being also a point an the North-
easterly line of that certain 286. 562 acre tract described in the Deed from Gustav
Laumeister and Mabel S. Laurneister, his wife, to the City of Palo Alto, dated
April 23, 1926 and recorded September 15, 1930, in Volume 500, Official Records

that certain parcel conveyed by Executor's Deed from Lawrence P. Faber to the
City of Palo Alto, dated March 4, 1946, and recorded April 15, 1946, in
Volume 1269, Official Records of San Mateo County, at page 315; thence
S. 89°29'43"W, along said last-named line 26.95 feet to the moat Northwesterly
corner of that parcel so conveyed by Faber; thence along the most Westerly line
of said Faber parcel 5, 13°16'40"E. 5233.80 feet to the Northwesterly line of
that certain 24. 34 acre parcel of land described as Parcel No. 1 in that certain
Final Order of Condemnation entered in the Superior Courted the State of
California in and for the County of Santa Clara in that certain action entitled
"The City of Palo Alto, Plaintiff, ve. Jacob J. Gong, et al, Defendants,"

the office of the Recorder of the County of Mara, State of California, on•
March 31, 1950, in Book 1954 of Official Record.., at page 356; thence along
the Northwesterly line of said 24. 34 acre parcel •:1. 66°32'W. 471.00 feet; thence
S. 12°04':. 200. 85 feet to the point of iseginning, containing 819. 48 acres, more
or less.
