Pert of moneys therein' was introduced and read.
Geo. Parkinson, representing the Bank of Palo Alto, nde
a verbal offer for the purchase of $10,000 of the Palo Alto City
bonds of 1912 at par and accrued intere,,t, the Bank aereeing to nay
the cost of an attorney's opinion as to the validity of said void
*i esue.
Hyde and limphreys moved. that said bid be referred to Com-
mittee No. 4 with power to act.
