RESOLUTION NO. 3050
A RESOLUTION LINO CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY AND
CAPERING CHANGES AND MODIPICATIO»iS
UNIVERSITY AVENUE DISTRICT 0PP-STREET FAIRING
PROJECT NO. 52 - 14
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Pale, California,
that
WHEREAS, on November 10, 1958, this Council adopted its
Resolution No. 3044,, A Reepi,utbots o* .#', ^elim?,aary_ Determination and

2382, A. Resolution ofprelinipary Determination adopted October 27,
1952, .and Resolution No. 2425, A. Reaoluttowof.UtentiOn, adopted
April 13, 1953, wherein it did ppreliminensilyv4etermine that the
public interest, oonvenienee and 43.004,40004revabChAt it
intends ta.,order certain changes and modifications therein parti-
cularly deeoa*l.bed;
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution No. 3044 notice has
been duly given of the time and place when and where acid Council
will consider and finally determine whether tbi.rublic interest,
oonvenienoe and necessity require said changes, and when and where
it will consider and finally act upon the matter of making said
changes and modifications and when and where it will hear all pro-
tests in relation thereto; and
WHEREAS, no persons interested appeared or filed
written protests against said proceedings or any part thereof and
all persona desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be
heard, and all matters and things pertaining to said changes and
modifications were fully heard and considered by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS POUND, DETERM/NED and ORDERED, as
followst
1. That all protests and objections be, and they are here
by overruled.
2. That the publlo interest, convenience and necessity
require said changes and modifications as set forth in Resolution
No. 3044, A Resolution of Preliminary Determination and of Inten-
tion to Make Changes and Modifications.
3. That said ohangea and modifications are hereby ordered
to be made and had, all as more particularly set forth in said
Resolution No. 3044.
I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true oopy of
Resolution adopted by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 8th day of
December, 1958, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Byxbee, Corcoran, Cresap, Davis. Svans, Giffin, Mitchell.
Navin, Porter, Rodgers, Ruppeatital, $tepheas, Woodward.
NOES, Councilmen: Nose.
ABSENT, Councilmen: Bishop, Marshall.
