A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ENGINEERING
DOCUMENTS
EL CAMINO REAL - MONROE DRIVE SANITARY SEWERS
PiOJECT NO. 58-13
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, Cali-
fornia, that the City Engineer be, and he is hereby, directed to
prepare and file with the City Clerk the following engineering
documents relating to the improvements described in Resolution
No. 3045, A Reeolution of Preliminary Determination, adopted by
this Counoil on November 10, 1958, to wit:
1. Plans and specifications for improvements.
2. Map or plat of lands or improvements necessary or
• convenient to be taken for such proposed improvements.
3. Engineer's estimate of itemized and total cost of said
acquisitions and improvements.
4. Map showing boundary line of the proposed assessment
district.
5. Diagram and assessment.
I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of
resolution adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 8th day of
December, 1950, by the following vote of members thereof:
