The Council of the City of Palo Alto yet on this date at
p.m., pursuant to adjournment, for the purpose of reorganizing.
1:ayor Jordan presided. Roll ea.11 as follows: -

The minutes of the regular sheeting of June 1Cthr 1912, and
of the adjourned regular meeting of June 26th, 1912, were read and

Hyde moved that the Council proceed to the election of a

Iaycr Jordan appointed Ackley, Congdon and La Peire to act as tellers,

Ackley and Hettinger moved that the clerk be instructed to
cast the ballot of the Council for the reapeointment of all +e city
offiCia1E subject to appointment by the Council.
Vail and Mosher moved as a substitute that the 7.0'.1r1 .1 pr.o-
ceed to elect each official separately by secret ballot. The ; ubsti-
t to motion was adopted.
