.the Plannisig.Commission sad report and recommendation have been
received from thew thereon.
Consent is hereby given. pursuant to Government Code Section
35106 to commence proceedings for the Annexation to be known as
"Poothills AAmneacation.lio. 2s. Reference is erode to the report of
the Boundary Commission ,far description of the property involved.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced end passed at a. regular meeting of the Council of the
City of Palo £lto. bald on,ISenday, the 444b day of• Novamaas.
