RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL Mk OF TRACT NO. 2196
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does resolve ae followal
That the map of Tract No. 2196, Tamarack Court, being a portion
of Ranehio Rinaon de San Franoisquito within the City of Palo Alto,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, prepared by Whipple,
Adamson,, Murphy & Pearson, dated August 4, 1958 , be and the
same hereby is approved, subjeot to the subdivider'a compliance with
the provisions set forth in Engineering Bulletin No. 58-81.
That said Final Map stall not be recorded until compliance with
the above aor,ditiona has been completed to the satisfaction of the
City Engineer of the City of Palo Alto;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all streets and portions of streets
shown upon said map within said subdivision be and the same hereby
are accepted as dedicated for public use, aubjeot to the improvement
of said streets in accordance with atandarda established by the City
Council end City Engineer;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a public utilities easement on, over
or under the strips of land designated on said map, be and the same
hereby are accepted as dedioated for public use, such eaaementa to
be kept open and free from buildings and structures of any kind.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duoed and passed at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Palo Alto on Monday , the ,BA day of , 1958 by
the following vote:
