The Council of the City of Palo Alto does resolve as follows:
that we will rehabtlitat0 the old library to the extent
necessary for interim use ae ai library and cultural center until
such time as we are in a position to build more adequate oommunity
facilities in the downtown area.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and passed at a regular meeting or the € :oi1 of the
City of Palo Alto on Monday, the ^ day of August, 1958, by the
following vote:
AYES: Byxbee, Corcoran, Oreeap, Beane, Marshall, Mitchell, Mavis,
Porter, Rodgers, Stephens, Woodward.
NOES: None
OMIT: Bishop, Davie, Giffin and: Ruppenthal.
