RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
that the Contract attached hereto between the City
of Palo Alto and
Flora Crane Service for the Demolition of
Buildings on Lots 3, $, 5, 6 and Portion of Lot 7,
Block u, University Park in the City of Palo Aldo
Project 52-13,
be and the name hereby is approved, that the Mayor be
and be hereby is authorized to execute the same for and in
behalf of the City, and the City Clerk is authorized and
directed to attest hie eignature.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and passed at a regular meeting of the
Council of the City of Palo Alto on Monday, the 11th day
of August, 1958 . by the following vote:
