3. That the unpaid assessments, as shown on said list and
determined by said Council, shall constitute a special aaseesment

such assessments until paid. The Assessor shall extend and enter
the amounts of such assessments against the reapeotive parcels of
land upon the 1958-1959 tax roll, upon which general municipal
taxes are to be collected, and they shall be payable with the
first installment of said taxes and the City Tax Collector, shall
include the same on the bills for such taxes. Thereafter, such
amounts ahall be collected at the same time and in the mama manner
as general city taxes are collected and shall be subject to the
same interest and penalties and the'same procedure and sale in
case of delinquency. All laws and ordinances applicable to the
levy, collection and enforcement of city taxes are hereby made
applicable to such special aasessmenta.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and passed at a regular meeting of the Council of the
City of Palo Alto on Monday, the 17.th day of £u it , 1958,
by the following vote:
AYES Bishop, 3yxbee, Giffin, Marshall, MMitohell, Mavis,
Porter, Rodgers, Rappenthal, Stephens, Woodward.
