The minutes of the meeting of July 1, 1911, were read
and approved as read,
Reports.
The report of the Treasurer for Lay 1911 was received
and on motion of Mosher and Hettinger was accepted arid ordered
The report of the Board of Public Works for the .J.onth
of ,,,gy was received, and on motion of Congdon and :posher was ac-
ceptcd and ordered filed,
The report of the Auditor showing the expenditures of
the City for the year 1910-1911 was received and on motion of
v::phreys and Ackley was accepted and ordered filed.
A report of the Assessor showing the assessed valuation
of property for the year 1911-1912 was accepted and ordered filed -
Appointment of Committees.
The Mayor announced the appointment of standing con.-

The City Attorney made a report on the matter of the sale
eof the $50,500.00 issue of bonds to C. G. Biym er & Co. He stated
that the attorneys of said purchasers held tat the proposition t;,
i=ssue $20,000.00 for a concrete building had failed to receive the
necessary two-thirds vote, and that said purchasers were willing
to take the balance of the issue ,a.µounti r{,_- to t50,500.00

stitute motion that; the Council defer action until the regular
