A report of the Assessor showing the assessed valuation of property for the year 1911-1912 was accepted and ordered filed - Appointment of Committees. The City Attorney made a report on the matter of the sale eof the $50,500.00 issue of bonds to C. G. Biym er & Co. He stated that the attorneys of said purchasers held tat the proposition t;, i=ssue $20,000.00 for a concrete building had failed to receive the necessary two-thirds vote, and that said purchasers were willing to take the balance of the issue ,a.µounti r{,_- to t50,500.00 Um h.reys and Ackley moved that.. t.
