The City Manager is hereby authorized to se31 and dispose of
such property at the best price obtainable in the market and to do
so by negotiated sale or through a licensed real estate agent or
agents and further authorized if listing is made to contract to pay
such agent or agents commission not to exceed five. percent (5%) of
the selling price, payable upon consummation of the sale.
Resolution No. 3005 adopted May 26, 1958, is hereby rescinded.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly intm-
duced and passed by the Council of the City of Palo Alto et a regular
meeting held on Monday, the 28th day of fly , 1958, by the
following vote:
Bishop, Baxbse, Corcoran, Davis, Evana, Giffin, Marshall,
Ate: Mavis, Rodgers, Woodward.
