PROPERTIES AS PROVIDED BY THE PEOVISIONS OP THE
REVENUE AND TAXATION CQ0H
WHEREAS, the Tax Collector of the City of Palo Alto has
requested tne City Council to approve the proposed sale of certain
tax -deeded properties at public auction in accordance with the
provisions of Chapter 7, Part 6, Division 1 of the Revenue and
Taxation Code of the State of California;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
resolve as follows:
1. The proposed sale by the Tax Collector of the followt
described parcels of property situated in the City of Palo Alto,
County of Santa Clara, State of California at not less than the mini-
mum price stated for each is hereby approved.

o Lots 3 and4 and a portion of Lot 2,
Block b, Hartley Tract. Said property is
now occupied by an improved residential
structure, and is now known as 418 Fernando
Avenue, Minimum acceptable bid: 413,500.00

A o ots 13 and 14, Block 2, Bartley Tract.
Said property is now occupied by an improved
residential structure, and is now known as
3395 Birch Street. Minimum acceptable bid: $11,500,00.
2. Such sale sshall be made in accordance with the provisions
of Chapter 7, Part 6, Division 1 of tne Revenue and Taxation Code of
the State of California.
3. The City Clerk shall tranashit a certified copy of this
resolution to the City Controller and the City Tax Collector within
five (5) days after its adoption.
The above and foregoing resolution wale duly and regularly intro-
,duced and passed by the Council of the City of Palo Alto at a regular
meeting held on Monday, the 26141 day of Nat , 1958, by the
following vote:
