RESOLUTION APPBOVIN0 FINAL MAP OP TPACT NO. 2075
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does resolve as follows;
That the nap of Tract No. 2075, being a portion of Lot 119,
C. M. Wooster Company's Subdivision of the Clarke Ranch, in the City
of Palo Alto, County of Santa Clara, State of California, prepared
by Jones, Thenn and Associates, Civil Engineers, dated April, 1958,
be and the same hereby is approved, subject to the subdivider's
compliance with the proviaiona set forth in Engineering Bulieton No.
58-33;
That said Final Map shall not be. recorded until Compliance with
the above oanditioria has been completed to the satisfaction of the
City Engineer of the City of Palo Alto;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all streets and portions of streeta
shown upon said map within wild subdivision be and the ipame hereby
are accepted as dedicated for publio use, subject to the improvement
of said streets in accordance with standards established by the City
Council and City Enginer;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that easements for public utilities on, over
or under the strips of land lying between the rear and/or side lines
of lots and the dotted lines eaoh designated as "P.U.E" (Public
Utilities Easement) or "A.E." (Anchor Easement), be and the same
hereby are accepted as dedioated for public use, such easemento to be
kept open and free from buildings and structures of any kind.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and passed at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Palo Alto on NoW+Y , th 12th day of lSii , 1958, by the
following vote:
Bishop, Byxbee, Boreoran, Gresap,Bavis, Vane, Giffin, harshen,
