WHEREAS, in order to aoaal bitb tie z glat1.0ne of Publio
Law 875 in Connection with Local.Ap011eatiOn No. 1 of tbs'City
Of Palo Alto, County of Santa Cluia, State of California, it is
»eceseary that the City Council, by resolution, duly authorise
some person to sign such applioations and documents appertaining
thereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, by the Council of the City of
Palo Alto, that Jerome Keathley, City Managerof the City of Palo
Alto, be and. he hereby is authorized and directed to do all things
and sign all papere and documents necessary and desirable for the
purpose of furthering and promoting the prompt completion of Local
Applicatien'No. 1 of the City of Palo Alto according to law.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and passed at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Palo Alto on Monday, thtl2th day of ply, 1958, by the following
vote:
AYES: Bishop Byxbee, Corcoran, Cresap, Davis, Evans, Giffin,
Marshall, I1itohell, Nevis, Porter, Rodgers, Ruppenthal,
Stephens, Woodward.
