1. Bids shall be milled by the City Clark for the sale of
approximately $4e1,203.38 of bonds authorised to be issued passwwt
to Resolution of Intention Bo. 2944 adapted by this Csamoil en
January 13, 1958;
2. lotise thereof shall be given by the Clark cousins to be
nailed notices of suoh ails tt. tilt various banks and bond houses
interested in the purehass of suoh bonds, said nailing to be at
least ten days before the date of opening bids;
3. The City will furnish the legal opinion of the law fires
of Klrkbrids, lfilson, :Barsfeld A ilillaes, Ban Nateo, California,
unqualifiedly approving the legality of the proceedings and the
issuanoe of said bonds.
