The City Manager stated that it is not out of order to ask the City of Los Altos Hills to join the Los Altos School District in requesting the permit, pointing out that the agenda includes an tenitern in the form of a resolution requesting tl' at the City of Palo Alto be granted a permit, from Los Altos Hills for installation of a gas main on certain roads in Los Altos Hills.
