RESOLUTION NO. 2977
RESOLUTION OP THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING FREEWAY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the State of California, through itaDepartaent
of Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented an agreement
entitled "Freeway Maintenance Agreement" which concerns State
Highway Route 68 in the City of Palo Alto between the San Mateo
County Line and Bmbaroadero Road, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement in
full and is familiar with the oontents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it restived by the City Council of the City
of Palo Alto that said Freeway Maintenance Agreement be and the
same is hereby approved and the Mayor, the City Manager, and
the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of the
City.
ADOPTED THIS 24th day of March, 1958.
