8., That the City Controller shall sake such fund transfers
as age be neosesary, to implement said changes and modifioations.

City Mall, Palo Alto, California, are hereby fixed as the time and
pleas where any and all persons may appear and show cause, if any
they have, why the Council should not find and determine that the
public convenience and neossrity require the acquisition of said
facilities and the slaking of said changes and aedifioationa without
further oomplianee with the Special Assessment Investigation,
Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931, and when and whore the
Council will consider the matter of making said changes and modifi-
cations, and when and where it will hear all protests in relation
thereto.
The City Clerk shall cause a copy of this resolution to be
published twice in the Palo Alto Times, a newspaper of general cir-
culation published La said City, and sense a eopy thereof to be
posted near the Council Chamber door, the first of which publica-
tions and said posting shall be at least tan days before the day
set fur hearing.
