F.E3OLVZD, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that
WHEREAS, on January 13, 1958, this Council adopted its
Resolution No. 2943 of Preliminary Determination and of intention
to Pace Changes and Modifications under Resolution No. 2896 of
Preliminary Determination adopted by this Council on August 26, 1
wherein it did preliminarily determine that the public interest,
convenience and necessity require, and that it intends to order
certain changes and modifications therein partioularly described
in the proceedings being conducted under said Resolution of
Preliminary Determination;
IHERSA3, pursuant to said Resolution No. 2943 notice has
been duly given of the time and plane when and where said Counoil
will consider and finally determine whether the public interest,
convenience and necessity require said changes, and when and where
it will consider and finally act upon the matter of making said
changes and modifications and when and where it will hear protests
in relation thereto; and
SEAS, no persons interested appeared or filed
written protests against said proceedings or any part thereof and
all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be
heard, and allaattera and things pertaining to acid changes and
modifications were fully heard and considered by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, /T I3 FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED, as
follows:
1. That all protests and objeotions be, and they are
hereby, overruled.

2. That the public interest, -convenience and necessity
require said changes and modifications as set forth in Resolution
14o. 2943, A Resolution of Preliminary Determination and of Inten-
tion to Rake, Changes and Modifications.
3. That said changes and modifications are hereby ordered
to be made and had, all as more particularly set forth in said
Resolution No. 2932,

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of
resolution adopted by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
Califor- .a, at a regular meeting thereof held on the loth
day of 7ebruart , 19.251L., by the following vote of
the members thereof:
