WHEREAS, said rate of per diem wages is set forth and con-
tained in the spesificatione for said- •prolix , sepiea of which are
pia file in the ottioe of the City Engineer and also in ;he office
of the Oity Clerk of said City; and
WHEREAS, this dowaoil has duly considered said aaale and
finds the same to be oorreot in all particulars;
NOW, TH.ffi4Z?ORE, IT IS HEREUY FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED,
as follows:
1. Said wage scale as set forth in said specifications is
hereby established and adopted as the prevailing rate of per diem
wages for work of a similar oharacter to that above described in
the locality in which such public work is proposed to be perforated
2. Not less than said prevailing rate of per diem wages
shall be paid for any work proposed to be performed under said
Resolution of Intention.
3. Resolution No. 2945, entitled "A Resolution Establishing
Prevailing Wage Soa1e" adopted by said Council on the 13th day of
January, 1958, be, and it is hereby, rescinded.
