ttox 3. That notice is hereby given that Monde'', the
24th day of February, 1958, at the bout of 7430 p. *., at the
Council Chambers of the City Council of said City, in the City Hall,
Palo Alto, California, b. end the sage is hereby set as the day, hour
and place where and when any and all persons having any objections
to the proposed abandon*ent may appear before ae?.d Council and show
cause why said easement should not be abandoned.
atzia,. That the Palo Alto Times, a daily newspaper of
general circulation published and oirculated in the City of Palo
Alto, is hereby designated as the newspaper in which the City of
Palo Alto shall cause to be published, in the manner and form required
by law, a copy of this resolution of intention by causing the same
to be published in said newspaper for at least two successive weeks
prior to the date of the hearing of objections to the proposed
abandonment.
aeCtion 5. That the City Engineer of the said City of Palo
Alto shall cause to be conspicuously posted along the line of the
easement proposed to be vacated notices of the passage of this
resolution of intention at least ten days before the date set for
hearing. geld notices shall be posted not more than 300 feet apart,
but at bast three notices shall be posted.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and passed at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Palo Alto on Monday, the r day of #000r1 1938, by
the following vote;
