RBSOLUTION ORUERING WDD NUISANCE ABA'l'.iD
RESOLVED, by the Counc1l ot the City of Palo Alto, that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to .Re11olut1on No. 2916 of thin Counc11
ordering ea.me, notice hae been duly g1ven tbat th11 1a the time
and place eet fo:r the bearing of obJect1one to the propoaed des
truction or removal of weed.a,; and
WHEREAS, all persona intereated were given an opportunity to
be heard, and all matters pe~taining to said deatruction or removal
ot weeds were fully beard and considered by this Council, and no
objections have been received;
NOW, THERE.FORE, IT IS ORDERED that the City Engineer shall
abate such public nu1.Bance or weeds, as declared 1.11 Resolution
No. 2916, by having said weeds destroyed or removed, and a;.1y pro ..
party owner shall have the right to destroy or remove auch weeda
h1mael.f', or have the same deetroyed or removed at h1B own expense,,
provided that anch weed&S shall have been removed prior to the arri
val of the City Engineer or hie authorized representatives to
remove them.
The above and .foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and passed at a regular meeting of the Council of the
City of Palo Alto ol". Tuesday, the illh day or November, 1957. by
the following vote:
