J : ms ) ' ~· RESOLT11'I ON N 0. i2QQ. 9-6-57 8e OVERRULING PRm'F.BTS AND DETRRMINING TO PROCEED WITHOUT COMPLIANCE WITH INVESTIGATION ACT FABIAN WAY, ET AL PROJECT HO. 57·11 RESOLVED, by the council of the City of Pelo Alto, Calif- orn1a, that WHEREAS, on Auguat 26, 1957, this Council adopted its Reso- 1 lut1on No. 2896 o!' Prelimin&l""'.f Determination to make certain a.zqui-l "aitions and improvements mo:re particularly d.eecribed therein and did f'ix T'.lel!lday, September 10, 1957, at the Council Chambers in the City Hall, as the time and place when and where any and all persona; interested may appear a~d show cause, if any they have, why the Council should not find and determine that the public convenience ~and necessity require the acqu1e1t1ona and improvements described and referred to in said Resolution, without compliance with the Special Aeeesament Investigation, L~mitation and Majority Protest Act 01~ 1931; WHEREAS, notice of the adoption of said prelim1naI"'J reeo- lution and of said time and place of hearing was given by the City Clerk by publication and posting for the time and in the manner I provided in said R.eeolution ot Prelimiriary Determination and Art1cl' l of the Palo Alto Improvement Procedure Code, as appears from ~affidavits on file with the (".ty Clerk; I WHEREAS, no written objections to the undertaking of ea1ti proceedings without f1ret comply1n.g with the provisions of !I said Investigation Aet have been filed w1th the City Clerk at or before the time ~~ixed for this hearing 'by persons interested, own- ! ing or having an interest in real property within the proposed !
