RESOLVED, by the City Cou.ne1l or the Clt7 ot Palo Alto,

Resolution or Intention No. 2853 to construct public improvements
in and for said City;
WHEREAS, on May 27, 1957, thie council adopted a resolution

appointing time and place or hearing proteata 1n relation to the
proposed acquisitions and improvements and directing notice;
'WHEREAS 1 notice was given of the time and place therein
stated in the manner provided by law, as appears from the arr1-
dav1 ts on file in the office of the City Clerk;
WHEREAS, said matter oame on regularly for h~ar1ng at the

WHEREAS, all written protests and other written oommun1oa-
t1ons were publicly read at said meeting and all persons desiring
to be heard were fully heard;
