GAS TAX .ALLOCATION FOR MAJOR CITY STREITS.
WHEREAS, a memorandum or a1re•ent has been pr.sented
to be entered into w1 th the State ot California in accord-
ance with a pro~ect statement 1ubmitted bJ the City ot
Palo Alte tor expend.1 ture or the ps tax allo-
cation to cities tor the fiscal year ltSI; and
WBE!EAS, the city council has heard read aaid agree-
ment in tull and is tudl1ar with the content• thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council ot th•
CitJ of Palo Alu that said project statement
be and 1 t is hereby adopted as the budget or propoeed ex-
penditures or the gas tax allocation to cities, and said
agreement be and the same is hereby approved and the u1or
