RESOLVED, by the City Oounc11 ot the c1t1 or Palo Alto,
-California, that
WHBREAS, p1.irsuant to Resolut1.on No. 2861 of this Council
ordering aame, adopted on Juno 10, 1957, notice has been duly
given or the intention of thie Council to change and mod1fy the
proceedings under Re:solution of Intention No. 2411 adopted on
March 23, 1953; and
WHEREAS,· no persona intereBted appeared or filed wr1ttet
said proceed1ngs or any part thereof and all I proteata against
persona desiring to be heard were given an opportur,1ty to be
heard, and oll matters and things pertaining to said changes and
mod1f'j.cat1ons were fully heard and considered by this Council.
NOW, THEREFORE,, IT IS ORDERED that:
1. All protests and objections be, and they are hereby,
overruled.
2. The changes and modif:tcationa in the proceedingn under
aa1d Resolution or Intention 'be made and had, all as more particu
larly described and set forth in said Resolution No. 2861 adopted
,Tune 10, 1957.
