City. Hall, Palo Alto, California May 11, 1959 The Council of the City of Palo Alto met in regular session on this date at -I:30 P.M"-, with Mayor Porter presiding. Roll call asfollows; Present Bishop, 'Byxbee, Cresap, Davis, Evans, Giffin, Mitchell, ^Porter , Rodgers, Stephens, Woodward. Marshall, Navis, Ruppenthal. The .thinutes of the meeting of April 27, 1959, approved as distributed; Real -Monroe Drive • This was the time for a hearing on the unpaid assessment list for Project 58-13,for the installation of the El Camino Real Monroe Drive sanitary sewers.; It was reported that the total amount of unpaid assessments is $18,662.97. The hearing was declared open There being no one present who wished to speak on the matter, the hearing was closed.` Resolution No. 3094, determining the unpaid assessment '; list and authorizing the issuance of bonds, was introduced, and on motion of Bishop and Byxbee, was adopted by unanimous vote on roll call Resolution No. 3095, -authorizing purchase of the bonds' by the City, was introducedand on motion of Bishop and Byxbee, was adopted by unanimous vote on roll call The resolution provides that the bonds shall, bear interest at the rate of 4%.
