that the City itself perform the work of the installation of street
lighting facilities proposed to be done pursuant to Resolution of
Intention No. 2824 adopted by this Council on March 25, 1957, in
accordance with the specifications and plane approved for suob
work pursuant to said Resolution, and employ the labor and provide
the material, appliances, supplies and illuatnary agents necessary
therefor, and that the oost.thereof be paid from the Construction
Fund to be created in the office of the City Treasurer.
1 hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of resolu-
tion adopted by' the City Council of the City of Palo Alto, Cali-
fornia, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 13th day of lily,
1957, by the following vote of the members thereof:
