A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OP ASSESSMENTS

RESOLVED, by the Olt 'Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that
WHEREAS, the estimated cot of the project under Resolution
of Intention No. 2824 adopted by the City Council of said City
on March 25, 1957, was $374,311.68, and following the opening of
bids therefor, said estimate may be reduced to $ 253,727153
NOW, Tom, 1T IS ORDERED, that the City Engineer reduce
each of said assessments by a pro rata share of the amount of
difference between said estimates, which change may either be made
ton the face of the assessment or by filing an amendment thereto.

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of resolu-
tion adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto, Cali-
fornia, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 13th day of May,
1957, by the following vote of the members thereof:
