therewith has asked that the City ea*eute an Indemnitioation Agree
ment, dated this 22nd day of April 1957.
NOW, THBRUCRI, 1f IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That the City make and enter into an Indemnification
Agreement, dated the 22nd day of April and inters this date pre-
sented to this Couna 1.
2. The Mayor is hereby authorised to execute said lndeMni
ficati an Agreement on behalf of the City of Palo Alto, and the
City Clerk is sutharised to attest his signature and to affix therti
to the corporate seal of the City.

Resolution adopted by the Counott of the Clty of Palo Alto, at
