(a) The acquisition of easements necessary to achieve a uniform 80 -foot
width along Wilkie Way for ' 3.te entire length, along Louis ;Pnad, from

and the improving thereof by grading, removing trees, bushes and ex-
isting structures, constructing or reconstructing Portland cement
concrete curbs, '"gutters, sidewalks and driveway aprons, storm water
catch basins, manholes and drain pip*, constructing orushessd rock base
pavement with plant mix wearing surface, installing eleotrelies" with
conduit, conductor cable and 1l boxes or insta street lighting
luminaires on power poles' with necessary wiring, and constructing
sanitary sewer, water and gas services where required.
(b) The improving 'of Charleston Road from fit Camino Real to the ;Southern
Pacific Railroad right-of-way by constructing or reconstructing storm
water catch basins, manhole& and drain pipe, and by installing street
lighting luminaires on power poles with necessary wiring.
(c) The acquisition of easements necessary to achieve a uniform width of
86 feet along Charleston Road from Alma Street to the southwees.terly
boundary of Tract No. 1135, and from Middlefield Road to a point about
150 feet easterly of Commercial Street (northeasterly 1/2 only on por-
tion outside City limits) and Middlefield Road from San Antonio Avenue
to the easterly City limits and the improving thereof by grading, re-
moving trees, bushes and existing structures, constructing or .moon-
structing Portland cement concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks and drive-
way aprons, storm water catch basins, manholes and drain pipe, con-
structing crushed rock base pavement with plant mix wearing surface,
installing electrolierse with conduit, conductor cable and pull boxes,
constructing sanitary sewer, water 'and gas services where required,
and constructing traffic signal conduits at or near intersections.
(d) The improving of Leghorn Street from Sean Antonio Avenue to the easterly
City limits by grading, removing trees, bushes and existing structures,
constructing or reconstructing Portland cement concrete curbs, gutters,
sidewalks, storm water catch basins, manholes and drain pipe, construc-
ting crushed rock base pavement with plant mix wearing surface, in-
stalling electraliers with conduit, conductor cable and pull boxes,
and constructing sanitary sewer, water and gas services where required.
(e) The acquisition of easements necessary to achieve a uniform 80 -toot
width along Alma Street from Charleston Road to San Antonio Avenue and
the improving thereof by grading, removing trees, bushes and existing
structures, constructing or reconstructing Portland cement concrete
curbs, gutters, sidewalks, storm water catch basins, manholes and drain
pipe,, constructing crushed rook base pavement with plant mix wearing
surface, installing electrol'iere with, conduit, conductor cable and pull
boxes, and constructing sanitary sewer, water and gas services where
required.
(f) The improving of Alma Street from Loss►, Verde Avenue to E1 Verano Avenue
by grading, removing trees, bushes and ' existing structures, constructing
or' reconstructing Portland cement concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks,
constructing crushed rook base pavement with plant mix wearing surface,
storm water catch basins, manholes and drain pipe, and installing elec-
trollere with conduit, conductor cable; and pull boxes
The improving of Greer Road from Oregon Avenue to Amarillo Avenue,
Modal. Drive from Greer Road to Tract No. 1353, by' grading, removing

(h) The improving of San Antonio Avenue from Charleston Road to Alma Street
by constructing storm water catch "basins, manholes and drain pipe.
The improving of the westerly side of Newell Road from Arcadia Place
to Channing Avenue, the southerly side; of Chinning Avenue from well
Road to a point about 120 feet westerly thereof* the southeasterly side
of Olive Avenue from El Camino Real to a point about150 feet north-
easterly thereof, both eidee of Ash Street from Ebert Avenue north-
westerly 150 feet more or less, Margarita Avenue fronting on Lots 17
and 24 and the southwesterly one -halt of Lot 16, Block 7, Hartley Tract,
Matadero Avenue front on Lot 25, Block 11, Bartley Tract, Wilton
Avenue fronting on.,Lot 34, Block 11 and Lot 25, Moak 12, Bartley Tract,
and Park Boulevard fronting on Lot 1, Block 13,. Bartley Tract, by con-
structing Portland cement concrete sidewalks.
(j) The construction of an electrolier with conduit, conductor cable and
pull boxes on the southerly side of Bmbarcadero Road between Louis Road
and Morton Subdivision.
(k) The improving of Park Boulevard from the southeasterly boundary of the
Bartley Tract to Ventura Avenue,_ Curtner Avenue and Ventura Avenue and
Ventura Court for their entire lengths, the northeasterly side of E1
Camino Real from the southerly oorner.of the Hartley Tract to the
southeasterly City limits, and Second Street from Dry Creek to a point
about 150 feet northwesterly of West Meadow Drive by installing poles
and street lighting luminaires on poles with necessary wiring.
(1) The improving of Nolan. and El Camino Way for their entire. lengths
by constructing electroli.ere with conduit, conductor cable and pull
boxes or instaling street lighting luminaires on power poles with
necessary wiring and by constructing storm water catch basins, manholes
and drain pipe.
The improving of Roseberry Lane from Ventura Avenue to its southeasterly
terminus by grading, removing trees, bushes and existing structures,
constructing or reconstructing Portland cement concrete curbs, gutters,
sidewalks and driveway aprons, constructing crushed rook base pavement
and plant mix wearing surface, and constructing electroiiers with con-
duit, conductor cable and pull boxes or installing street bghking lumin-
aires on power poles with necessary wiring.
(n) The improving of Ruthelma Avenue, Whitolem Ways, Whitclen Place and Idles
Avenue for their entire lengths, Whitolem Drive from Wilkie Way to the
northeasterly boundary of Blossom Park, by constructing Portland cement
concrete sidewalks and installing street lighting luminaires on power
poles with necessary wiring.
The Improving of Prancisoo Way from Charleston Road to Whitclem Drive,
Darlington Court, Newberry Court and Whitolem Court for their entire
lengths, and Edles Avenue and Whitolem Drive from Pranoisco Way to the
northeasterly line of Blossom Park by grading, removing trees, bushes
and existing structures, constructing or reconstructing Portland cement
concrete curbs, gutters, and sidewalks installing street lighting
luminaires on power poles with necessary wirings widening the existing
pavement by construcing crushed rock base pavement and wearing surface
to the gutter line, and doing incidentalstorm drainage work.

(p) The improving of Duluth Circle by constructing storm water catch basins,
manholes and drain pipe and installing street lighting luminaires on
power poles and constructing or reconstructing Portland cement concrete
sidewalks.
(q) The construction of sanitary sewer mains, stye branches and laterals
with manholes, frames and covers on Wilkie. Way from Adobe Creek to
Edlee Avenue, thence along Idles Avenue to Ruthelma Avenue.
(r) The opening of the northwesterly extension of Francisco Way to West
Meadow Drive at Maslen* as Park Boulevard and the improving thereof by
grading, removing trees, bushes,ansd existing structures, constructing
crushed rook base pavement and plant mix wearing surface, constructing
Portland cement concrete curbs, gutters` and sidewalks, constructing
eleotroliers with conduit, conductor cable and pull boxes, constructing
storm water catch basins, manholes and drain pipe, and constructing
sanitary sewer mains, wys branches and laterals with manholes, frames
and covers.
The improving of Tennessee Lane and Carolina Lane for their entire
lengths and Francisco Way from Charleston Road to its present north-
westerly terminus by grading, removing trees, bushes and existing
structures, constructing or reconstructing Portland cement concrete
curbs, gutters and sidewalks, constructing storm water catch basins,
manholes and drain pipe, constructing eiectroliers with conduit, con-
ductor cable and pull boxes, and widening the existing pavement by con-
structing crushed rook base pavement and plant mix wearing surface to
the gutter line.
(t) The acquisition of easements necessary to achieve a uniform 70 -foot
width along West Meadow Drive for its entire length and to achieve a
uniform 60 -foot width along First Street' for' its entire length and
Second Street from West Meadow Drive to a point about 180 feet north-
westerly thereof by grading, removing trees, bushes and existing struc-
tures, constructing crushed rock base pavement and plant mix wearing
surface, constructing or reconstructing Portland cement concrete curbs,
gutters and sidewalks, installing street lightirg luminaires on power
poles with necessary wiring, constructing storm water catch basins,
manholes and drain pipe and constructing sanitary sewer, water and gas
services where required.
(u) The acquisition of all easements and the construction of all improve-
ments incidental to any of the above and necessary to complete same.

lative body having jurisdiction of the territory in which a porti
of said improvements are to be had and made, grant to this City
its consent, expressed by resolution, to the formation of the
assessment district and to the work described in said resolution
of intention and the assumption of jurisdiction thereover for
the purposes aforesaid, and to order the construction of said
work and improvements in the whole or any part of said streets in
said unincorporated territory in said County, and to provide
that the costs may be assessed upon the properties benefited.
