Bartley Tract, by con- structing Portland cement concrete sidewalks. (k) The improving of Park Boulevard from the southeasterly boundary of the Bartley Tract to Ventura Avenue,_ Curtner Avenue and Ventura Avenue and Ventura Court for their entire lengths, the northeasterly side of E1 Camino Real from the southerly oorner.of the Hartley Tract to the southeasterly City limits, and Second Street from Dry Creek to a point about 150 feet northwesterly of West Meadow Drive by installing poles and street lighting luminaires on poles with necessary wiring. (1) The improving of Nolan. and El Camino Way for their entire. lengths by constructing electroli.ere with conduit, conductor cable and pull boxes or instaling street lighting luminaires on power poles with necessary wiring and by constructing storm water catch basins, manholes and drain pipe. The improving of Roseberry Lane from Ventura Avenue to its southeasterly terminus by grading, removing trees, bushes and existing structures, constructing or reconstructing Portland cement concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks and driveway aprons, constructing crushed rook base pavement and plant mix wearing surface, and constructing electroiiers with con- duit, conductor cable and pull boxes or installing street bghking lumin- aires on power poles with necessary wiring. (n) The improving of Ruthelma Avenue, Whitolem Ways, Whitclen Place and Idles Avenue for their entire lengths, Whitolem Drive from Wilkie Way to the northeasterly boundary of Blossom Park, by constructing Portland cement concrete sidewalks and installing street lighting luminaires on power poles with necessary wiring. The Improving of Prancisoo Way from Charleston Road to Whitclem Drive, Darlington Court, Newberry Court and Whitolem Court for their entire lengths, and Edles Avenue and Whitolem Drive from Pranoisco Way to the northeasterly line of Blossom Park by grading, removing trees, bushes and existing structures, constructing or reconstructing Portland cement concrete curbs, gutters, and sidewalks installing street lighting luminaires on power poles with necessary wirings widening the existing pavement by construcing crushed rock base pavement and wearing surface to the gutter line, and doing incidentalstorm drainage work. (i) (m) (0) (p) The improving of Duluth Circle by constructing storm water catch basins, manholes and drain pipe and installing street lighting luminaires on power poles and constructing or reconstructing Portland cement concrete sidewalks. (q) The construction of sanitary sewer mains, stye branches and laterals with manholes, frames and covers on Wilkie. Way from Adobe Creek to Edlee Avenue, thence along Idles Avenue to Ruthelma Avenue. (r) The opening of the northwesterly extension of Francisco Way to West Meadow Drive at Maslen* as Park Boulevard and the improving thereof by grading, removing trees, bushes,ansd existing structures, constructing crushed rook base pavement and plant mix wearing surface, constructing Portland cement concrete curbs, gutters` and sidewalks, constructing eleotroliers with conduit, conductor cable and pull boxes, constructing storm water catch basins, manholes and drain pipe, and constructing sanitary sewer mains, wys branches and laterals with manholes, frames and covers. The improving of Tennessee Lane and Carolina Lane for their entire lengths and Francisco Way from Charleston Road to its present north- westerly terminus by grading, removing trees, bushes and existing structures, constructing or reconstructing Portland cement concrete curbs, gutters and sidewalks, constructing storm water catch basins, manholes and drain pipe, constructing eiectroliers with conduit, con- ductor cable and pull boxes, and widening the existing pavement by con- structing crushed rook base pavement and plant mix wearing surface to the gutter line. (t) The acquisition of easements necessary to achieve a uniform 70 -foot width along West Meadow Drive for its entire length and to achieve a uniform 60 -foot width along First Street' for' its entire length and Second Street from West Meadow Drive to a point about 180 feet north- westerly thereof by grading, removing trees, bushes and existing struc- tures, constructing crushed rock base pavement and plant mix wearing surface, constructing or reconstructing Portland cement concrete curbs, gutters and sidewalks, installing street lightirg luminaires on power poles with necessary wiring, constructing storm water catch basins, manholes and drain pipe and constructing sanitary sewer, water and gas services where required. (u) The acquisition of all easements and the construction of all improve- ments incidental to any of the above and necessary to complete same.
